opportunity to experience the best of Tuscan and Ligurian cuisine in two
beautiful locations Lucca in Tuscany and Lerici in the Gulf of Poets in
Liguria Lerici.
A
Cooking and Wine vacation with Chef Paolo Monti, You will stay at
Hotel Carignano a lovely boutique hotel, just outside of Lucca,
a famous tuscan medieval walled city, and Lerici on the Gulf of Poets,
only a short boat journey to the Cinque Terre rest
In
this comprehensive "Hands On" cooking and wine tour, you will learn
the best of "Mediterranean Cooking". 4 gourmet classic italian, tuscan
and fish Cooking Classes with effervescent Chef Paolo Monti all together
more than 45 recipes !.
The
cooking tour includes also :

a visit to a fish and vegetable market to learn how to select the freshest
fish and to shop for the cooking class.
a
visit to a local winery andolive oil mill

To top it all a visit to Parma for the production of Parmigiano Reggiano
and Prosciutto di Parma and Modena where we will visit an “Acetaia” where
balsamic vinegar is made

baot trip to the Cinque Terre is also included

the end of the course each student will receive a certificate a personalized
apron and a chef hat!
