A great opportunity to experience the best of Tuscan and Ligurian cuisine in two beautiful locations Lucca in Tuscany and Lerici in the Gulf of Poets in Liguria Lerici.
A Cooking and Wine vacation with Chef Paolo Monti, You will stay at Hotel Carignano a lovely boutique hotel, just outside of Lucca, a famous tuscan medieval walled city, and Lerici on the Gulf of Poets, only a short boat journey to the Cinque Terre rest 
In this comprehensive "Hands On"  cooking and wine tour, you will learn the best of "Mediterranean Cooking". 4 gourmet classic italian, tuscan and fish Cooking Classes with effervescent Chef Paolo Monti all together more than 45 recipes !.
The cooking tour includes also :
- a visit to a fish and vegetable market to learn how to select the freshest fish and to shop for the cooking class.
a visit to a local winery andolive oil mill 
- To top it all a visit to Parma for the production of Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma and Modena where we will visit an “Acetaia” where balsamic vinegar is made 
A baot  trip to the Cinque Terre is also included 
At the end of the course each student will receive a certificate a personalized apron and a chef hat!

    Basics class to learn the basics of herbs and sauces in tuscan cooking. Afternoon excursion to Lucca  and guided tour of the city. 
    Visit an "enoteca" for wine tasting and dinner.

    06.45 am Trip to Langhirano (Parma)  for to visit a Parmigiano Reggiano  Dairy and Prosciutto di Parma  production, we drive to Modena and after a light lunch we will visit the historic Acetaia Malpighi for the balsamic vinegar production.

    “Fresh Pasta and Pizza Class "
    We will make all kinds of fresh pasta, white, green and black pasta, tagliatelle, ravioli, pizza… Also some interesting pasta sauces and dessert Pizza! etc.…
    3 pm Check out of the hotel drive to Lerici, check in. free to stroll around this lovely sea town until dinner at 8 pm

    Friday “The Fish Class”
    8.00 am Trip to see the fish market in La Spezia,  return to the hotel and start the cooking class with italian seafood recipes.
    afternoon free to visit Lerici, dinner in a typical restaurant 
    Saturday “The Riviera and the Cinque Terre" 
    9,30 am board the the boat to visit the Cinque Terre Villages, Visit Manarola and Vernazza,  wine tasting and light lunch in Monterosso, return to Lerici 
    8.30 pm Graduation Dinner and presentation of certificates
