Tuscan Cooking and Wine vacation in the Heart of Tuscany, with Chef Paolo
Monti. You will stay at Hotel Carignano a lovely boutique hotel just outside
of Lucca.Lucca is a famous tuscan medieval walled city, centrally located
to visit all tuscan places of interest .
In
this comprehensive "Hands On" cooking and wine tour, you will learn
the best of "Tuscan Cooking and living" with 4 exciting cooking classes
: 1 Tuscan Cooking Classes with Chef Gianluca Pardini and 3 tuscan and
fish Cooking Classes with effervescent Chef Paolo Monti, all together more
than 45 recipes !
We
will Visit Greve in Chianti for a wine, cheese and salami tasting in a
famous Salumeria, wine tasting in achianti winery and then visit Siena,
this beauiful and famous medieval city home of the Palio di Siena.

Dinner is served the hotel or we will go out to visit some local typical
and contemporary restaurants and dine with some excellent wines.
The
cooking tour includes also :

a visit to a fish and vegetable market to learn how to select the freshest
fish and to shop for the cooking class.

a visit to Parma for the production of Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto
di Parma and Modena where we will vist an “Acetaia” where balsamic vinegar
is made
Among
the dishes you will learn: Tuscan Antipasti, Pappardelle, Ribollita, Biscotti
(actually "Cantucci") and delicious desserts, fish and meat dishes.
Lots
of recipes, lots of fun "Under the Tuscan Sun"
At
the end of the course each student will receive a cestificate a personalized
apron and a chef hat!
