A great Tuscan Cooking and Wine vacation in the Heart of Tuscany, with Chef Paolo Monti and Chef Gianluca Pardini. You will stay at Hotel Carignano a lovely boutique hotel, just outside of Lucca, a famous tuscan medieval walled city, centrally located to visit all tuscan places of interest 
In this comprehensive "Hands On"  cooking and wine tour, you will learn the best of "Tuscan Cooking and living" with effervescent Chef Paolo Monti, all together more than 50 recipes !. we start with the Main Ingredients and Sauces Class 
The Fish and Seafood Class 
The Tuscan Cooking Class 
Scaloppine, Risotto and Carpagccio Class 
We will visit a Chianti  winery for wine tasting,  and then visit Siena, this beautiful ancient town, home of the Palio di Siena. 
The cooking tour includes also :
- a visit to a fish and vegetable market to learn how to select the freshest fish and to shop for the cooking class.
- To top it all a visit to Parma for the production of Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma and Modena where we will vist an “Acetaia” where balsamic vinegar is made 
Among the dishes you will learn: Tuscan Antipasti, Pappardelle, Ribollita, "Cantucci" (Biscotti) and delicious desserts, fish and meat dishes.
Lots of recipes, lots of fun "Under the Tuscan Sun"

At the end of the course each student will receive a cestificate a personalized apron and a chef hat!

Monday the "basic Ingredients and Sauces  Class" hands on  cooking lesson
9.45 am Hands-On cooking lesson with Chef Paolo Monti followed by lunch.
Basics class to learn the basics of herbs and sauces in tuscan cooking. Afternoon excursion to Lucca  and guided tour of the city. Visit an enoteca" for wine tasting and dinner.

06.45 am Trip to Langhirano (Parma)  for to visit a Parmigiano Reggiano  Dairy and Prosciutto di Parma  production, Light Lunch at Taverna del Castello, visit Castello di Torrechiara.
Return to Lucca for dinner in aTypical restaurant
