Cooking "Light" 
With Chef Paolo Monti in Portovenere 
The cost for the 7 day package at Hotel Royal Sporting   with 5 cooking lessons, all dinners and all lunches , wines and tours included: € 2190 per person in double room. Single room surcharge € 400. The course is subject to a minimum number of participants.
Non-cooking companion € 180 per day including breakfast and special dinner. The trip to Parma for the nonn cooking companion is € 85 extra including lunch, other trips are free.
The course
- The course consists of 5 practical cooking lessons starting with a lesson on the basic ingredients of Italian cuisine: fresh pasta, extra virgin olive oil, herbs, spices, wines, meats and fish. The course is based on learning "Instinctive Cooking" with  the use of fresh herbs and the freshest ingredients. - The italian recipes selected are surprisingly easy to prepare, at the same time of great effect and taste.
- All dishes prepared will also be tasted during the class, you will be able to practice cooking many of the dishes.
-The Pasta Class and the risotto Class are all hands-on.
- You will learn a number of classical antipasti, salads, pastas, main dishes with fish and meat, desserts that you will be able to reproduce at home, plus more adventurous italian gourmet dishesthat will surprise family and friends! 
- The program will include a lectures on italian wines and a wine tasting in the vignard. At the end of the course each participant will receive a Certificate of Attendance, a chef hat, personalized apron and all the recipes in English.
