Chef Paolo Monti's Most Popular Program !!!"A Classic"
The price includes7 day in full board at Hotel Carignano in Lucca  with 5 cooking lessons, all dinners and all lunches , wines and tours included:
Single room surcharge € 250 
the course is subject to a minimum number of participants.
Non cooking companion € 130 per day including breakfast and special dinner. Trip to Parma for the non cooking companion is € 85 extra other trips are free 
The course
- The course consists of 5 practical cooking lessons starting with a lesson on the basic ingredients of Italian cuisine: fresh pasta, extra virgin olive oil, herbs, spices, wines, meats and fish. 
The course is based on learning "Instinctive Cooking" with  the use of fresh herbs and the freshest ingredients. 
The italian recipes selected are surprisingly easy to prepare, at the same time of great effect and taste.

- The Class is mostly hands on All dishes prepared 
- You will learn a number of classical antipasti, salads, pastas, main dishes with fish and meat, desserts that you will be able to reproduce at home, plus more adventurous italian gourmet dishes that will surprise family and friends! 

- The program will include a lectures on italian wines and a wine tasting in the winery. At the end of the course each participant will receive a Certificate of Attendance, a chef hat, personalized apron and all the recipes in English.

    9.30 am Hands on cooking lesson with Chef Paolo Monti followed by lunch.
    Basics class to learn the basics of herbs and sauces in tuscan cooking. 

    Afternoon excursion to Lucca  and guided tour of the city. Visit an enoteca" for wine tasting and dinner.

    06.45 am Trip to Langhirano (Parma)  for to visit a Parmigiano Reggiano  Dairy and Prosciutto di Parma  production, we drive to Modena and after a light lunch we will visit the historic Acetaia Malpighi for the balsamic vinegar production.
