The Cooking and Wine Tour includes:
a wonderful journey through the Barolo and Barbaresco wine country. 
7 nights full board wines included
Cook with a Grest Piemontese Chef: 
2 classes with Piemontese cooking
1 cooking class on truffles
a truffle hunt with the "Trifolau" and his truffle dog. 
1 rice cooking class and visit to a Country Estate with a rice farm for the history of rice and risotto
1 chocolate and dessert class to finish off with!. A visit to the town of Bra for the production of cheese and Alba for the Truffles
All spiced up with several visits to great wineries and smaller "boutique wineries" and topped with a final white glove dinner at the Contea di Neive... in the heart of Barolo wine country!

- The italian recipes selected are surprisingly easy to prepare, at the same time of great effect and taste.
- The course is based on learning "Instinctive Cooking" with  the use of fresh herbs and the freshest ingredients.

The cost
for the 7 nights package with all meals, wines and tours included costs: € 2290 per person in double room wines included . Single room surcharge is € 400 for the 7 nights - All air tickets and transfers to and from the airport are an additional cost, the cooking and wine tour  is subject to a minimum number of participants. The Program
Sunday  Day 1 “Welcome Dinner”
Pick up at Milan Malpensa Airport and transfer to the lovely new  3 Star Hotel near Neive, one of 5 prettiest villages in Italy.
Pick up at Milan or Genova airport on request.

Monday Day 2 "The Barolo !"
9.30 excursion to La Morra the heart of Barolo wine country for a visit to the wine museum 
Visit the historic cellars of  Marchesi di Barolo Winery and tasting some of their wonderful wines 
Light Lunch 
Stroll among the vignards and proceed  to Cantine Massolino boutique winery in Barolo for a different view of wine making in a small size winery. 
Dinner in a typical restaurant.

Tuesday Day 3 Cooking With Chef Alessandro Sampò 
9,00 departure for  the first cooking class in La Morra in the middle of vignards for Traditional Piemontese and Langhe cooking. 
In the afternoon we will experience a truffle hunt with a “Trifolau” a truffle hunter and his dog. 
Transfer to the hotel relax and meet for dinner

Wednesday Day 4
 8.00 am Drive to Turin to visit the famous annual "Slow Food" event "Salone del Gusto" a must for the food and wine enthusiast
a session at the cooking schools in Portovenereitalian recipes
Thursday Day 5
9.30 Excursion to the cheese town of Bra and visit a local cheese production in the valley and up in the hills for two different views of cheese making and Cheese tasting 
Lunch in Bra 
Afternoon visit a Barbaresco winery with wine tasting 
Relax at the hotel and dinner in a restaurant in Alba
Friday Day 6 
9,00 departure for  another cooking class with chef Alessandro Sampò in La Morra for creative Piemontese cooking, 
Relax in the afternoon
Dinner in La Morra
Saturday Day 7 
departure for a Chocolate and Dessert Cooking class with Chef Alessandro.
Relax in the afternoon.
