Monday Day 2 "The Barolo !"
9.30 excursion to La Morra
the heart of Barolo wine country for a visit to the wine museum
Visit the historic cellars
of Marchesi di Barolo Winery and tasting some of their wonderful
wines
Light Lunch
Stroll among the vignards
and proceed to Cantine Massolino boutique winery in Barolo for a
different view of wine making in a small size winery.

Tuesday Day 3 Cooking With Chef Alessandro

departure for the first cooking class in La Morra in the middle of
vignards for Traditional Piemontese and Langhe cooking.
In
the afternoon we will experience a truffle hunt with a “Trifolau” a truffle
