Day 1 “Welcome Dinner”
Check in at Hotel
Carignano in Lucca, a lovely hotel, Just outside lucca,
Pick up at Florence or Pisa airports on request.

Day 2 "Tuscan Specialties"
Cooking class with Chef
Paolo Monti and the hotel kitchen team.
Excursion to Montecatini Terme and Montecatini Alto, strolling in
the centre of this well known spa town. Dinner at the Hotel Villa
delle Rose for some original Tuscan specialties. |

Day 3
Cooking class with Gianluca Pardini in Lucca and lunch, Stroll in
the centre of Lucca a beautiful ancient walled city.
Dinner a typical restaurant in Lucca. |

Day 4
Excursion to the Chianti winery area near
Siena, visit Greve in Chianti on the way, wine tasting in historic wineries
in Radda in Chianti with snacks.
Afternoon Guided tour of Siena,
Dinner in Siena in a typical restaurant and
return to Pescia after dinner |

Day 5 Departure
for Modena
8.00 am departure with a stop in Florence
for a guided tour of main important monuments
Snack lunch provided.
3.00 pm Departure for Modena, stopping
en-route in an “Acetaia” to see the production of Balsamic vinegar
“di Modena” and “Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale”
Check into the hotel and dinner. |

Day 6
Early morning departure to visit a Parmigiano
Reggiano Dairy to see all the stages of the making of this wonderful
cheese and tasting of the finished product.
Cooking Class with the Bertinelli Family and lunch.
In the afternoon we will visit a “Prosciutto
di Parma” producer, one of the last to make this other wonderful Italian
delicacy almost entirely by hand and with superior results. Dinner at the
Castello di Torrechiara with Chef Giancarlo at the Taverna del Castello |

Day 7 "Portovenere and
the Cinque Terre"
8.30 am Departure for Portovenere.
Check baggage into the hotel, then board the
boat (weather permitting) to the Cinque Terre villages. We will go directly
to Monterosso for wine tasting and lunch.
At 3 pm board the boat to visit Vernazza and
Manarola. Return to Portovenere.

Day 8 Cooking class “The
Fish Class”
10,00 am Cooking Class with Chef Paolo Monti,
preparing Ligurian and fish specialties.
Afternoon: free to roam in Portovenere.

class "Classic Specialties"
